Tony Olarte, Chief Geologist
A professional geologist for the past 25 years with wide experience in planning, supervision and implementation of exploration programs in the Philippines, Mongolia and Indonesia. He is experienced in undertaking gold and porphyry copper exploration, and management of open pit porphyry copper geology / mining operations. He has experience in all aspects of mineral exploration including detailed geological mapping, soil geochemical and rock geochemical sampling, test pitting, trenching, geological surveys and pit sampling, supervision of junior geologists and mappers, preparation of geological plans, geological and technical reports, implementation of drilling programs and supervision of Diamond / RC drilling and core / chip logging and sampling.

Jason de Leon, Philippine Operations Manager
Jason de Leon is a graduate of De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He has had extensive training as a project manager and has over 3 years of experience working as an administration coordinator for mining firms in the Philippines.

Mailed Molina, Community Relations Officer, Abra
Mailed Molina was Mayor of Bucloc, Abra, in the Kilong-Olao project area for 20 years. As well, he was the commander of the CPLA (Cordilleran People's Liberation Army) which was integrated into the Philippine Armed Forces in 1998. He is still currently the chairman of the CPLA forces and a consultant and advisor for the Philippine Armed Forces. Mailed handles all aspects of community relations in regards to securing the free and prior informed consent of the local tribes for Solfotara's exploration program.
